Pastene’s balsamic cream is made in Modena, Italy using a combination of concentrated grape must and aged balsamic vinegar. This rich, creamy reduction lends itself to numerous culinary uses. Try some on a Caprese salad of fresh mozzarella, sliced tomatoes and basil, or drizzled over fresh strawberries.
