Stuffed Queen Olives
Our Queen olives are Spanish in origin. They are dark green, oval in shape and have a firm flesh. Their pit has been replaced with red pimento (cherry pepper) paste. They are great for a tapenade, as part of an antipasto, alongside cheese and crackers, or sitting at the bottom of a vodka or gin martini.
