4 medium | tomatoes | |
3 tbsp | Pastene Olive Oil | |
1 | onion, chopped | |
2 tbsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
1 cup | Pastene Marinated mushrooms, drained | |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, chopped | |
1 tbsp | Pastene Tomato Paste | |
1/4 cup | heavy whipping cream | |
1/4 cup | Pastene Grated Romano Cheese | |
1/4 cup | Pastene Italian Flavored Breadcrumbs |
Directions
- Hallow out tomatoes without disrupting the skin.
- In a bowl, combine cut up mushrooms, onions, garlic and parsley. Mix in breadcrumbs, paste, and whipping cream into the bowl.
- With a spoon, fill hallowed out tomatoes with mixture.
- Drizzle with olive oil and baked for 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
