1/2 cup | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive oil | |
3/4 tsp | salt | |
Garden Tuna Salad Sandwich | ||
15oz | Pastene tonno | |
1/2 | chopped fennel | |
1/2 | green apple | |
1 cup | mayonnaise | |
2 tbsp | Lemon Parsley vinaigrette (see above) | |
1 tsp | ground coriander | |
1/2 tsp | sea salt | |
6 | hot dog rolls | |
6 | boston lettuce leaves |
Directions
- Combine Pastene oil, lemon zest and juice, parsley, shallot and salt in an 8 oz jar. Shake firmly until mixed.
- Combine cans of Pastene tonno, chopped fennel, apple, mayonnaise, vinaigrette, fennel seeds, coriander, and salt and toss together well.
- В Line each hotdog roll with lettuce leave.
- Spoon ВЅ cup tuna salad onto each roll
- Serve immediately
