Tuna Salad

Ingredients

4 Servings
1 entire packagePastene Light Chunk Tuna Meat
1carrot, grated
2 tspPastene Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbspPastene Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbspPastene Capers in Vinegar, drained
2greens onions, sliced

Directions

  • In a bowl, flake tuna with a fork. Add carrot, vinegar, olive oil, capers, and green onions. Toss well before serving (can also be used as a sandwich filling).
