Ingredients
Makes about 1 cup
1/2 cup | Pastene Extra Virgin Olive Oil | |
1/4 cup | Pastene Prosecco Wine Vinegar | |
1/4 cup | Dry white wine | |
1 | Bay Leaf | |
1 tbsp | Fresh thyme, chopped | |
1 tbsp | Fresh oregano, chopped | |
2 tbsp | Pastene Minced Garlic | |
8 | Peppercorns |
Directions
- Mix olive oil, vinegar, and white wine with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended. Marinate for at least 6 hours in the refrigerator. Use this marinade for vegetables or chicken.
